WISE

WISE is a Web-based Interactive Survey Engine developed within the EPI-project at SISU. This survey-tool is built as a WWW application and the respondent data is stored in a data-base. WISE supports the whole survey process - from survey construction to presentation.

WISE is developed with Perl, and uses an Oracle data-base for storage of definitions and respondent answers. The progams runs through CGI (Common Gateway Interface) from an ordinary WWW-browser by clicking on URLs.

The tool has been further developed in several other SISU-projects, such as Process Improvement (Assessment Tool PRODEVO), RITE, EUROBEST, etc.
